Orders are shipped M-F via 3-4 Day FedEx
In the event of severe weather conditions, delay to delivery may occur. 
Orders placed after 1PM PST will be processed the following business day. 
Allow 48 hours for K Chocolatier to fully process your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO. 

Orders that exceed the capacity of our largest flat rate box require an extra shipping charge at checkout.
K Chocolatier reserves the right to cancel an order (with full refund) if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, K Chocolatier cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

If no one is present at delivery address, FedEx will leave the package. K Chocolatier is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our shipping department. Be sure to provide correct full address. Include apt and/or floor number, especially in NYC. Packages redirected as result of incorrect shipping address will incur an additional charge.
